Buscamos un Gerente de Marketing que ayude a liderar la siguiente etapa de la marca con disciplina, buen gusto, creatividad y eficacia comercial.

Lo que hará:

  • Apoyar el establecimiento del césped y el mantenimiento continuo de tees, fairways y greens.
  • Recoger manualmente ramas y desechos para mantener las superficies de juego limpias y en óptimas condiciones.
  • Administrar el riego y regar a mano para controlar el polvo, favorecer el establecimiento del césped y mantener las condiciones de juego.
  • Fertilizar, sembrar y cuidar el césped hasta alcanzar condiciones óptimas de juego.
  • Cortar y mantener el césped conforme a los estándares del campo.
  • Trabajar al aire libre en todo tipo de clima.
  • Adaptarse a las responsabilidades del establecimiento del césped y a las operaciones normales de mantenimiento.
  • Realizar tareas diarias de mantenimiento en el campo de golf, áreas verdes, taller de mantenimiento y casa club.
  • Operar equipos de forma segura.
  • Realizar otras tareas según sea necesario.

Lo que aporta:

  • Experiencia en mantenimiento de campos de golf, jardinería o trabajos similares.
  • Licencia de conducir válida y capacidad para operar equipos de manera segura.
  • Diploma de preparatoria y/o certificado de escuela técnica preferido.
  • Compromiso con la seguridad, especialmente alrededor de maquinaria pesada.
  • Actitud positiva, trabajo en equipo y disposición para seguir instrucciones.
  • Capacidad para levantar, cargar y mover objetos pesados (hasta 100 libras ocasionalmente).
  • Resistencia para permanecer de pie y en movimiento durante períodos prolongados.
  • Deseo de formar parte de un proyecto extraordinario e iniciar una carrera en agronomía y/o hospitalidad.

La compensación inicial será de $18.50 por hora. Además, ofrecemos un paquete integral de beneficios que incluye seguro médico, plan de jubilación y tiempo libre remunerado para empleados de tiempo completo.
