The posting

Own the roadmap of a critical provisioning platform, where DNS, IP and partner APIs meet product strategy.

Product Owner | Brussels area

Our client is a major Belgian player in connectivity and digital services, whose in-house teams build and run the platforms behind its network, its domain and IP services and its customer-facing products.

What makes it stand out? A technology organisation large enough to handle infrastructure at national scale, yet structured in product teams where ownership is real and decisions are made close to the work.

The company is modernising its provisioning and service-management platforms, moving from a legacy core towards the next generation of services, with resilience, security and compliance as constant constraints.

To drive this, it is looking for a Product Owner to define the vision, own the roadmap and set priorities across these mission-critical platforms.

The job

  • Define and own the vision, roadmap and priorities of a critical provisioning platform, comparable in logic to OSS/BSS systems.
  • Translate strategic, operational, regulatory and partner needs into clear product direction and concrete priorities.

Role

  • Own the roadmap across the provisioning engine, DNS and IP domain management, partner integration APIs, service lifecycle and data analytics capabilities, making transparent trade-offs between value, urgency, risk and delivery capacity.
  • Work closely with architecture, engineering, service delivery, compliance and security to ensure requirements are understood, feasible and aligned.
  • Give clear product direction to the business analysts, validate functional requirements and acceptance criteria, and own functional acceptance through to go/no-go release decisions.
  • Balance immediate operational needs — run, incidents, service commitments — with platform modernisation, resilience and security.

Profile

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Information Systems.
  • Around 7 years of experience in technology-driven products or services, including substantial experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Hands-on exposure to DNS, IP management, domain lifecycle or similar provisioning and registry protocols is a strong asset.
  • Dutch or French with a good command of the other, and professional English.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
