What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll help prepare raw ingredients and keep production moving safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Your responsibilities may include:

Preparing raw ingredients for production Moving pallets, ingredient carts, and product throughout the department Operating and working safely around production equipment Assisting with material handling and product flow Following production procedures and work instructions Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment Supporting teammates to meet daily production goals Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards Participating in our Safety & Quality Excellence (SQE) Program

What We're Looking For We're looking for individuals who are:

Reliable with strong attendance Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail Positive, dependable, and safety-focused Comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift

Physical Requirements This is an active position that requires:

Standing for 8+ hour shifts Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, and repetitive movement Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly (up to 75 pounds with assistance when required) Pushing and pulling loaded pallets and product carts Working in refrigerated, cold, and wet production environments
