Alcance de la posición:

Usted será responsable de coordinar la reparación o reconstrucción de componentes y trasmisiones para que sean entregadas al cliente en los tiempos convenidos, con la calidad, cumpliendo y excediendo con las expectativas de los clientes.

Funciones principales:

•Coordinar el personal a su cargo para el desarmado de equipos y componentes.

•Realizar la revisión del estado para la reparación y reconstrucción de equipos y componentes que llegan al Centro de Servicio.

•Sera responsable del desarrollo del personal a su cargo

•Recibir el plan de trabajo por parte de Planeación para cumplir con las fechas indicadas.

•Realizar la Cotización y enviarla al jefe inmediato para su revisión y autorización.

•Revisar y supervisar en conjunto con el Técnico, la relación de piezas o consumibles que tendrán que colocar.

•Enviar a reparación las piezas o algún otro proceso con los proveedores autorizados.

•Solicitar piezas ,insumos o servicios ya sea dentro de Sandvik o con proveedores externos

•Revisar el proceso de reparación para cumplir con los tiempos y calidad

•Realizar el Start Up de pruebas ,verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los componentes

•Dar aviso al jefe inmediato , Ventas y Planeación del término de reparación para la recolección del componente o trasmisión dando cumplimento a las fechas promesas de entrega. Dar seguimiento a Garantías reportadas para coordinar a la persona a su cargo la visita de servicio.

•Validar la calibración de los componentes realizada por el Técnico Máster.

•Entre otras.

Su perfil:

•Graduados en la carrera Técnica o Ingeniería en Mantenimiento Industrial, Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Electromecánico o afines.

•Más de 3 años de experiencia en Maquinaria Pesada.

En este proceso de selección, valoramos enormemente conocimientos en:

•Sistemas eléctricos e hidráulicos

•Interpretación de diagramas

•Dominio de metodología 5 S

•Conocimiento en Lean Manufacturing

•Dominio de reportes estadísticos y gestión del mantenimiento
