PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:

Brindar soporte técnico especializado a la línea de negocio Rock Tools, ejecutando actividades de asesoría, inspección, evaluación, capacitación y mejora continua en terreno. La posición está orientada al servicio de campo, apoyando los diferentes contratos de la división a nivel nacional, contribuyendo a maximizar el desempeño de los productos, la productividad del cliente y el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad de Sandvik, mediante la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento, reparación, soldadura, operación de camión pluma/garra y maniobras de izaje.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

  • Brindar soporte técnico especializado en productos Rock Tools en terreno.
  • Ejecutar inspecciones, mantenimiento y reparaciones de herramientas y componentes de perforación.
  • Realizar trabajos de soldadura asociados a la recuperación y reparación de componentes.
  • Operar camión pluma y/o camión garra para carga, descarga y manipulación segura de materiales y equipos.
  • Ejecutar maniobras de izaje de acuerdo con los procedimientos y estándares de seguridad establecidos.
  • Capacitar y asesorar técnicamente a clientes y usuarios en la correcta utilización de los productos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora para maximizar el rendimiento, productividad y vida útil de las herramientas.
  • Cumplir con los estándares de Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente de Sandvik y del cliente.

SU PERFIL:

  • Título técnico de nivel superior o Ingeniería en Mina, Mecánica, Industrial o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en minería, perforación o servicios asociados a Rock Tools.
  • Experiencia en soldadura de componentes y herramientas de perforación (excluyente).
  • Experiencia operando camión pluma y/o camión garra en faena minera (excluyente).
  • Experiencia en maniobras de izaje y manipulación segura de cargas (excluyente).
  • Manejo de herramientas de análisis y generación de informes técnicos.
  • Inglés técnico básico (excluyente).

OTROS:

  • Disponibilidad para viajar de manera permanente a diferentes operaciones mineras dentro de Chile.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en sistema de turno, según lo requerido por la compañía.
  • Licencia de conducción clase D y A4 (excluyente).
  • Certificación de Soldadura 3G/G4 (excluyente).
  • Residencia en la zona centro o norte del país (deseable).

Zona de Trabajo: Flexible (Minera Los Pelambres y Minera Centinela).
