joviva steht für moderne Gesundheitsversorgung: digital, nah und vertrauensvoll. Unser Ziel ist es, das führende digitale Sanitätshaus in Deutschland zu werden – mit einem wachsenden Online-Shop, einfachen Terminbuchungen in unseren Sanitätshäusern und einem starken Markenauftritt.

Dafür bauen wir unser Performance-Marketing-Team weiter aus und suchen dich in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (mind. 3 Tage pro Woche) als SEO-Allrounder:in, um unsere organische Sichtbarkeit und Reichweite auf das nächste Level zu heben.Strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer SEO-Performance – gemeinsam mit dem Performance Marketing Team.

Die Aufgaben

  • Keyword- und Potenzialanalysen für Produktkategorien, Ratgeber und Terminbuchungsseiten
  • Onpage-Optimierung: Meta-Daten, interne Verlinkung, Seitenstruktur, Crawling & Indexierung
  • Technisches SEO: Zusammenarbeit mit dem Entwicklungsteam für Core Web Vitals, Ladezeiten & Strukturverbesserungen
  • Content-Optimierung: Briefings, Performance-Auswertungen und Qualitätschecks für unsere Ratgeber
  • Offpage-Strategie: Aufbau von Backlinks, Kooperationen und Content-Synergien
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Du hast unsere Sichtbarkeit, Rankings und organischen Traffic im Blick

Das Profil

  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SEO (Content, Technik und Strategie)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Google Search Console, Sistrix, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog o. Ä.
  • Analytische Denkweise & technisches Verständnis (HTML, Core Web Vitals, Strukturierung)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Redaktion und Webentwicklung
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, Eigeninitiative und datengetriebenem Arbeiten

Nice to have

  • Erfahrung im E-Commerce oder Performance-Marketing-Umfeld
  • Interesse an Themen rund um Gesundheit, Bewegung und Wohlbefinden
