Na Sankhya, você vai liderar a parte funcional de implantações do nosso ERP em clientes Enterprise. O foco são os processos industriais e logísticos, e o seu papel é ser o especialista que traduz a operação do cliente em uma solução que funciona de verdade.

Aqui, você não é só quem configura o sistema: é o parceiro que influencia decisões e ajuda o cliente a mudar a forma como trabalha.

O que você vai fazer

  • Fazer o diagnóstico da operação industrial e logística do cliente e identificar gaps, riscos e oportunidades frente às boas práticas Sankhya.
  • Desenhar os processos atuais e futuros (AS-IS / TO-BE), propondo soluções que evitem customizações desnecessárias.
  • Levantar e documentar requisitos de demandas específicas, fazendo a ponte entre o cliente e o time técnico e avaliando impactos em escopo, prazo e custo.
  • Parametrizar a solução e trabalhar junto com o time técnico em integrações e customizações.
  • Conduzir testes, homologação e treinamento dos usuários-chave até que o cliente use a solução com autonomia.
  • Acompanhar o go-live e a estabilização, garantindo segurança na operação.
  • Atuar lado a lado com o Gerente de Projetos na gestão de riscos, prazos e qualidade das entregas.

O que é essencial

  • Experiência com implantação de ERP em empresas de médio ou grande porte.
  • Domínio de processos industriais: PCP, MRP, ordens de produção, custos industriais e controle de estoque.
  • Vivência com processos logísticos, como suprimentos, armazenagem, expedição e WMS.
  • Visão integrada dos processos de negócio: financeiro, fiscal, contábil e supply.
  • Experiência com desenho de processos (AS-IS / TO-BE) e levantamento de requisitos.
  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas afins.
  • CNH B ativa e disponibilidade para usar veículo próprio nas visitas a clientes.

  • Noções de integrações e arquitetura de sistemas.
  • Experiência com métodos ágeis.
