O seu desafio será garantir a continuidade e a qualidade na entrega de features complexas da nossa plataforma. Você vai atuar desde o design técnico até o deploy, aplicando práticas modernas de engenharia, observabilidade e testes em camadas para manter a alta confiabilidade do código em produção. No nosso dia a dia, trabalhamos lado a lado com times de Produto, Design e QA, e o uso de inteligência artificial é uma realidade constante para acelerar entregas e na investigação de incidentes, gerando valor mensurável para o cliente a cada sprint.

O que é sua responsabilidade

• Entregar features e correções de média a alta complexidade, colaborando ativamente com PM, Design e QA em todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento

• Garantir a confiabilidade e resiliência do código em produção por meio de testes em camadas, práticas de observabilidade e arquitetura distribuída

• Investigar bugs e incidentes com análise de causa-raiz, antecipando falhas e propondo melhorias arquiteturais incrementais

• Potencializar a velocidade e a qualidade das entregas utilizando IA e copilotos no dia a dia

• Elevar a barra técnica do time através de pair programming, revisão de PRs, análises de viabilidade e mentoria informal

O que é inegociável

• Domínio em desenvolvimento com JavaScript, TypeScript (Angular.js e React) e vivência sólida com linguagens e frameworks de back-end (Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot ou equivalentes)

• Experiência prática com design de APIs (REST, GraphQL), bancos de dados (relacionais e NoSQL) e arquitetura de aplicações distribuídas

• Vivência com cultura de qualidade, incluindo testes (unitários, integração, contrato), CI/CD, contêineres (Docker) e inglês técnico para leitura e documentação

• Uso produtivo de ferramentas de IA, copilotos e prompt engineering para otimização de código e rotinas

• Ensino médio completo (ensino superior desejável)
