Procuramos uma pessoa Software Engineer Specialist para ser referência técnica na evolução e modernização das soluções fiscais e contábeis da Sankhya. Você vai liderar iniciativas de arquitetura, qualidade de código e performance em uma frente dedicada à inovação.

Essa posição terá papel estratégico na reestruturação de fluxos e na modernização da nossa base de código, em uma frente separada das demandas regulatórias do dia a dia. Aqui, o foco é inovação: novos projetos em parceria com produto, refatorações e melhorias técnicas que geram ganho real na ponta. Você encontrará um time que já usa IA intensamente no dia a dia e que agora quer levá-la para dentro do produto.

Buscamos alguém que combine visão arquitetural e atuação hands-on, e que trabalhe próximo ao time de produto. Isso inclui levar a IA para dentro do produto como solução, e não apenas usá-la como ferramenta de desenvolvimento.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

● Conduzir iniciativas de refatoração e modernização do código, elevando qualidade, manutenibilidade e performance

● Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias de performance, tempo de resposta e eficiência dos fluxos existentes

● Propor e implementar reestruturações arquiteturais, atuando próximo ao time de arquitetura

● Atuar hands-on em iniciativas técnicas estratégicas ou de maior complexidade

● Trabalhar junto ao time de produto na concepção de novas soluções e na evolução das jornadas dos clientes

● Explorar e viabilizar o uso de IA como parte do produto, em parceria com produto e arquitetura

● Conduzir provas de conceito (POCs) para avaliar novas tecnologias, frameworks e abordagens

● Definir e disseminar boas práticas de engenharia, como SOLID, Clean Code, design patterns e DDD

● Garantir qualidade técnica por meio de code review, testes automatizados e CI/CD

● Identificar e mitigar riscos técnicos, apoiando decisões baseadas em dados e métricas

● Mentorar desenvolvedores de diferentes níveis e fomentar o compartilhamento de conhecimento entre times

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

Experiência essencial

● Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend com linguagens e frameworks modernos (Java, Python, Node.js)

● Vivência prática em refatoração e modernização de sistemas legados

● Vivência prática com sistemas fiscais

● Domínio de arquitetura de software e boas práticas (SOLID, Clean Code, design patterns, DDD)

● Experiência com otimização de performance de aplicações e de acesso a dados

● Experiência com testes automatizados, code review e pipelines de CI/CD

● Forte capacidade analítica para resolver problemas e tomar decisões técnicas com base em dados

Experiência complementar

● Experiência com ERP ou sistemas de gestão empresarial, especialmente nos domínios fiscal, contábil ou tributário

● Experiência integrando IA ou LLMs como funcionalidade de produto

● Conhecimento em sistemas distribuídos, microsserviços e aplicações cloud-native

● Vivência com ferramentas de DevOps e observabilidade (ex.: Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus)

● Familiaridade com métricas de engenharia (ex.: Cycle Time, Deployment Frequency, MTTR)
