Sobre a Oportunidade

Modelo de Trabalho: Híbrido em Blumenau/SC

Como SRE Sênior, você garantirá a confiabilidade, escalabilidade, segurança, eficiência de custos e o alto desempenho das nossas aplicações SaaS críticas. Será referência técnica em nuvem híbrida, observabilidade, automação e práticas modernas de engenharia, atuando junto aos times de SRE, Banco de Dados, Segurança da Informação, Arquitetura, Desenvolvimento e Suporte. Com a liderança de Engenharia, terá papel estratégico na evolução da nossa esteira de desenvolvimento: DevSecOps, privacy by design, automações para os times e governança dos provedores de IA/LLM usados na empresa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Nuvem Híbrida: Evoluir e gerenciar a infraestrutura em AWS e OCI com alta disponibilidade e resiliência, apoiando a transição para microserviços.
  • Observabilidade & Incidentes: Liderar a evolução do monitoramento e da telemetria; definir e acompanhar SLA, SLI e SLO; reduzir ruído e recorrência de alertas; apoiar troubleshooting avançado, RCA e novos monitoramentos preventivos.
  • Esteira & Automação: Garantir pipelines de CI/CD padronizadas e confiáveis, consolidando as práticas DevOps; criar automações, templates e ferramentas internas que reduzam trabalho manual (toil) e aumentem a produtividade dos devs, acompanhando métricas de entrega.
  • Segurança & Privacidade: Integrar segurança às pipelines (SAST, DAST, secret scanning e varredura de imagens) com políticas de bloqueio; conduzir a gestão de vulnerabilidades com os times, com prazos por criticidade; aplicar hardening em ambientes, sistemas e containers; aplicar privacy by design (LGPD): gestão de segredos, criptografia, menor privilégio, mascaramento de dados em ambientes não produtivos e revisão de fluxos com dados pessoais.
  • Governança de LLMs: Otimizar e inovar no uso de provedores de LLM pelos times; implantar e operar um Gateway de LLM para centralizar acesso, custo por time, observabilidade e guardrails, reduzindo o lock-in com fornecedores.
  • FinOps: Otimizar continuamente os custos de nuvem e de IA, executando iniciativas de redução com metas mensuráveis, visibilidade por produto/time e acompanhamento da relação custo × receita (MRR).
  • Liderança Técnica: Capacitar e aculturar os times em engenharia, resiliência, automação e segurança; manter documentação e runbooks atualizados; apoiar a gestão no roadmap técnico com propostas de custo × benefício.

Requisitos

  • Nuvem: Domínio técnico em Oracle Cloud – OCI (preferencialmente) ou em AWS.
  • Infraestrutura & Containers: Terraform (IaC), Docker e Kubernetes.
  • CI/CD & DevSecOps: Automação de pipelines (especialmente Azure DevOps), integrando ferramentas de segurança (ex.: SonarQube, OWASP ZAP) e gestão de segredos (ex.: HashiCorp Vault, OCI Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
  • Observabilidade & Confiabilidade: Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK/OpenSearch, AWS CloudWatch e OCI Logging; definição de SLI/SLO/SLA e condução de RCA.
  • Linux & Scripts: Linux avançado e automação com Python e Shell Script.
  • FinOps: Vivência prática em otimização de custos de nuvem, com resultados que possa demonstrar.
  • Privacidade: Princípios da LGPD aplicados a ambientes técnicos.
  • Sobreaviso: Disponibilidade para participar da escala de sobreaviso.
  • Soft Skills: Perfil analítico, comunicação clara, foco em resolução de problemas, autonomia de ponta a ponta e facilidade para multiplicar conhecimento e aculturar times.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em ambientes SaaS de alta escala 24/7.
  • Certificações AWS, OCI, Kubernetes (CKA/CKS) ou FinOps Certified Practitioner.
  • Experiência com APIs e Gateways de LLM.
  • Implantação de plataforma interna de desenvolvimento (ex.: Backstage) e iniciativas de produtividade dos devs (padronização de pipelines, templates e automações).
