Procuramos um(a) Staff Software Engineer para atuar como referência técnica transversal no ecossistema ERP da Sankhya, apoiando os arquitetos na evolução sustentável da base técnica e conectando a estratégia de produto à engenharia. Como Staff, você será fundamental para influenciar múltiplas tribos, definindo diretrizes de arquitetura de grande porte e liderando a integração de Inteligência Artificial ao cotidiano dos nossos times de desenvolvimento.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES

  • Projetar e implementar soluções de software robustas, escaláveis e alinhadas aos objetivos de negócio;
  • Liderar decisões arquiteturais em sistemas críticos, atuando tanto em monolitos quanto em microsserviços, alinhando práticas às necessidades futuras;
  • Definir diretrizes arquiteturais e garantir a aplicação de princípios como SOLID, Domain Driven Design (DDD), Clean Code e modularização;
  • Conduzir iniciativas de modernização, avaliando novas tecnologias (POCs) e garantindo a adequação do código legado de forma incremental e sustentável;
  • Integrar e disseminar o uso de Inteligência Artificial (LLMs, RAG e agentes) nas entregas e no dia a dia da engenharia, avaliando as ferramentas por custo, risco e exposição de dados;
  • Atuar como mentor para desenvolvedores de todos os níveis, disseminando boas práticas por meio de code reviews, treinamentos e documentação;
  • Definir padrões para DevOps, automação, CI/CD e monitoramento contínuo;
  • Acompanhar métricas de engenharia (ex.: Cycle Time, Deployment Frequency, MTTR), assegurando testes automatizados, resiliência e alta disponibilidade dos sistemas.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES

  • Proficiência técnica avançada em Java, sendo a linguagem principal e carro-chefe da nossa operação;
  • Experiência consolidada em arquitetura de software de grande porte, englobando sistemas distribuídos, monolitos e microsserviços;
  • Alta maturidade e experiência prática na aplicação de Inteligência Artificial em produção (LLMs, RAG e agentes no fluxo de engenharia);
  • Vivência prática em ambiente Cloud AWS;
  • Conhecimento avançado em práticas de segurança, escalabilidade, performance e forte capacidade analítica baseada em dados;
  • Diferencial: Vivência com desenvolvimento e regras de negócio de ERPs e familiaridade com a evolução de sistemas legados;
  • Diferencial: Conhecimento em frameworks e linguagens complementares, como Angular, React, Python e Node.js;
  • Diferencial: Experiência com ferramentas de DevOps e automação, como Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins e Prometheus.
