Objet de la mission

• Réaliser des opérations manuelles ou semi-automatisées pour la préparation, l'approvisionnement, la fabrication et/ou le conditionnement des produits (semi-finis, finis) selon un mode opératoire de production établi

• Nettoyer les équipements et/ou le matériel ainsi que les locaux selon les procédures en vigueur

• Vérifier la conformité des articles de conditionnement (étuis, notices...) et des matières premières avant utilisation

• Renseigner les documents de production avec précision et en temps opportun

• Alimenter un ou plusieurs équipements en articles de conditionnement et matières premières

• Réaliser des opérations de conditionnement et d'étiquetage en utilisant les équipements appropriés selon les directives fournies et les instructions du dossier de lot

• Préparer le matériel de production en fonction du planning et des instructions

• Identifier et signaler les incidents

• Effectuer les vides de ligne

• Exécuter les prélèvements dans le cadre du planning, du plan d'échantillonnage et des procédures établies

• Respecter les procédures et systèmes qualité et HSE du site

• Participer aux retraitements des lots et aux investigations

• Participer à l'amélioration des indicateurs de performance production

• Participer au programme de transfert et de validation planifiés

Conformité & Discipline Opérationnelle

  • Utiliser systématiquement les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) requis
  • Respecter strictement les procédures de sécurité et les règles du site
  • Appliquer les consignes de sécurité spécifiques à leur poste de travail

Compétences & Vigilance

  • Participer aux formations et recyclages obligatoires
  • Faire preuve de vigilance permanente dans l'exécution de leurs tâches

Remontée d'Information

  • Signaler immédiatement tout incident, presque accident, situation dangereuse ou défaillance
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la sécurité par leurs observations terrain

Responsabilités Environnementales

  • Respecter les procédures de gestion des déchets et le tri sélectif
  • Signaler immédiatement tout déversement, fuite ou rejet accidentel
  • Utiliser les ressources (eau, énergie) de manière responsable et économe
  • Appliquer les bonnes pratiques environnementales dans leurs activités quotidiennes
  • Participer aux initiatives de réduction de l'empreinte environnementale.

• Réglages de niveau 1 des équipements

• Responsable de l'exécution des opérations de production selon les dossiers de lot et les procédures opératoires standardisées

• Informé des changements de planification et de calendrier de production

• Impliqué dans les investigations de déviation et les initiatives d'amélioration continue

• Effectuer les réglages de niveau 1 des équipements

• Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs du site en termes de Qualité, HSE et performance (HSE, Qualité, TRS, PCT, Déviations)

• Appliquer et assurer le respect des chartes, codes et procédures du groupe

• Évaluer les risques dans son domaine de responsabilité et les communiquer dans les délais au niveau de management approprié

• Connaître, appliquer et faire respecter les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et le principe de séparation des tâches incompatibles
