SantaPark Arctic World on matkailu ja elämysalan yritys, jonka toiminnan ytimessä ovat ainutlaatuiset elämykset, lämminhenkinen palvelu ja intohimo erinomaisuuteen. Konserniimme kuuluvat SantaPark – Christmas Theme Park, Santa Claus Secret Forest – Joulukka, Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, Rakas Restaurant & Bar, Hidden Arctic Cloud Villas, AINO Private Island sekä Lapland Luxury DMC.

Tavoitteenamme on luoda vieraillemme elinikäisiä muistoja. Haluamme tarjota myös henkilöstöllemme innostavan työympäristön, jossa on mahdollisuus oppia, kehittyä ja rakentaa yhdessä jotakin ainutlaatuista.

Etsimme kokenutta ja kehittämishenkistä IT-Manageria vastaamaan konsernimme IT-ympäristön toimivuudesta, turvallisuudesta ja jatkuvasta kehittämisestä. Tehtävässä yhdistyvät IT-kokonaisuuksien hallinta, kehitysprojektit ja käytännönläheinen ongelmanratkaisu. Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä konsernin CTO, ulkoisen IT-palvelukumppanin ja liiketoimintayksiköidemme kanssa varmistaen, että teknologiset ratkaisumme tukevat sujuvaa arkea ja korkeatasoista asiakaskokemusta.

Keskeiset vastuualueesi:

  • Konsernin IT-ympäristön, järjestelmien, laitteiden ja infrastruktuurin hallinta ja kehittäminen
  • IT-strategian toteuttaminen, IT-budjetin seuranta ja kehityshankkeiden koordinointi
  • Tietoturvan, tietosuojan ja järjestelmien toimintavarmuuden varmistaminen
  • IT-palvelukumppaneiden, toimittajasuhteiden ja palvelutasojen hallinta
  • Järjestelmäkäyttöönottojen, integraatioiden ja muiden IT-projektien johtaminen
  • Henkilöstön IT-tuen sujuvuuden varmistaminen sekä vaativampien teknisten haasteiden ratkaiseminen

  • Vahvaa kokemusta IT-ympäristöjen hallinnasta ja kehittämisestä sekä vastuullisista IT-tehtävistä
  • Hyvää osaamista verkoista, pilvipalveluista, tietoturvasta ja liiketoimintajärjestelmistä
  • Kokemusta IT-projektien johtamisesta, toimittajayhteistyöstä ja kustannusten hallinnasta
  • Itsenäistä ja kehittämisorientoitunutta työotetta sekä hyviä yhteistyö- ja ongelmanratkaisutaitoja
  • Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen taitoa
