品質保証グループマネージャーの指揮下にあって、上位方針・戦略との整合性を担保しつつ、参天製薬の品質/製造システム保持のため、適切な科学的根拠を背景にした適切な品質システムの保持の遂行を通じて、高品質な製品を社会に提供することを基本使命とします。

コンピューターシステムバリデーション(CSV)・電子システムに関わる導入・利用戦略を立案・更新・実践します。

また、担当する業務において品質保証部門業務の課題解決に向けてリーダーシップを発揮しながら自律的に業務遂行することで、チーム運営の適正化および組織目標の達成に貢献します。

本ポジションの主な成果責任・役割責任は以下の通りです。

以下に示す業務内容について、

■職務分野の専門家として高い知識・技術を有し、複雑性の高い課題に対しても、所属組織内外問わず影響力を発揮し、課題解決に向けて自律的に業務遂行する

■職務分野のプロフェッショナルとして下位のメンバーの手本となることが期待されるとともに、チームマネジャーとともに組織メンバーの育成に貢献する

■生産部門及び品質部門の戦略・目標を理解するとともに、目標達成に向け、具体的な方策を自ら考案し、状況に応じて自律的に判断をする

■利害が対立する場合においても、社内外の幅広い関係者の理解を得ながら折り合いを付け、課題解決に向けて組織を跨いだリーダーシップを発揮する。

■所属組織内における継続的改善を推進し、継続的改善文化の醸成に貢献する

業務内容：

  1. 日本、およびグローバル全体のERPをはじめとしたITシステムに対し、関係するグローバル機能と連携しながら、GxPに従うリスクベースのCSV（コンピューターシステムバリデーション）ガバナンスを確立、運用および維持を専門的にリードする。
  2. 日本、およびグローバル全体の規制要件を把握し、バリデーション手法、テンプレート、判断基準の標準化、およびその教育を推進する。
  3. システムの導入、運用に参画し、CSV活動の支援を行うとともに成果物をレビュー、品質保証の観点から承認または承認プロセスを支援する。
  4. CSV課題に関わる品質保証本部、IT部門、システムオーナー部門、ベンダー間の合意形成を主導し、意思決定を促進する

その他業務内容

主要なシステム管理

・グローバルおよびサイト固有の電子システムおよびアプリケーションのキーユーザーとして参画する

・サイトシステムにおけるバリデーション関連問題のファーストラインサポートを提供する

・新しいシステムの実施またはアップグレードのためのユーザー受け入れテスト(UAT)へ参加する

・システムの問題をグローバルチームに文書化し報告する

・現場レベルでのバリデーション済みシステムのエンドユーザートレーニングをサポートする

システム利用者アクセスの管理

・サイトで関連システムのユーザーアクセス要求をレビューし承認する

・サイトシステムの定期的なユーザーアクセスレビューに参加する

・妥当性が確認されたシステムにおけるユーザアクセス変更の適切な文書化を確実にする

・バリデーションを行ったシステムについて,使用者マトリックスの開発及び保守をサポートする

技術サポートとコラボレーション

・システムの実装と検証に関してIT、品質、ビジネス部門と連携する

・発生あるいは潜在する問題に対してアプリケーション・システムの設計・開発を通じて解決する

・サイト検証チームと連携して、一貫した検証アプローチを確保し、実行する

・新しいシステムの検証要件に関してベンダーと主担当者として連携する

・グローバルシステムの検証関連の変更管理プロセスを主導する

資格

<必要経験>

必須

・医薬品又は医療機器業界での品質保証の経験(GQP、工場QAとしてのGMP及びGDP経験：少なくとも2～3年以上)

・ERPまたは主要GxPシステムの導入、変更、運用維持におけるCSV経験

・リスクベースのバリデーションライフサイクル、データインテグリティ、変更管理、逸脱／CAPAおよび監査対応に関する知識

・大きな品質マネジメントシステムプラットフォーム(例:TrackWise, Veeva Vault, SAP QM, LIMS、MESなど) への深い知識

・規制に関する知識として、GAMP 5 ガイドラインなどバリデーションライフサイクルアプローチへの理解

<求める能力>

・口頭および書面によるコミュニケーション能力（日本語、英語）

・実施した業務または入手した情報の包括的な妥当性／適切性／リスク評価スキル

・倫理的判断力、法令順守能力、規制対応能力、高い規律（コンプライアンス）意識

・コンピューターシステムに関する幅広い知識と経験があり、発生あるいは潜在する問題の根拠をもった解決策の提案スキル

・システムアーキテクチャ、データフロー、および業務プロセスを理解し、規制、品質上のリスクを説明する能力

・複数国・複数部門にまたがる利害関係者を巻き込み、論点整理、合意形成を推進する能力

・FDA、EMA、PMDA、および世界的な規制要件に関する深い理解

・大きな品質マネジメントシステムプラットフォーム(例:TrackWise, Veeva Vault, SAP QM, LIMS、MESなど) への深い知識
