Contexte et objectifs du stage

Dans un contexte de forte croissance et de structuration de notre entreprise, la Direction des Ressources Humaines engage un projet global de sécurisation juridique et d'optimisation des pratiques RH.

Le/la stagiaire juriste en droit social interviendra en appui direct de la DRH et de la Responsable Politiques Sociales & Opérations RH sur les volets suivants :

- Participation à un audit social et légal visant à analyser, structurer et sécuriser nos pratiques RH - Appui conseil auprès des professionnels RH sur les relations individuelles et collectives du travail - Contribution à la mise en place d'une veille sociale adaptée aux différents publics (RH, managers, direction) - Participation à la sécurisation des dispositifs temps de travail, santé et sécurité au travail - Accompagnement à la formalisation et à la structuration des procédures et outils RH

Objectif final : contribuer à renforcer la conformité sociale, fiabiliser nos pratiques RH et soutenir la montée en maturité de la fonction RH dans une phase de scaling.

Missions confiées au stagiaire

Analyse des besoins : - Diagnostic des pratiques RH existantes (contrats, temps de travail, disciplinaires, SST, dialogue social...) - Identification des risques juridiques et axes d'amélioration - Analyse des obligations légales, conventionnelles et jurisprudentielles

Conception de solutions : - Rédaction de recommandations juridiques - Préparation de supports pour la DRH, les managers ou l'équipe RH (notes, synthèses, process...) - Propositions d'outils et de procédures pour sécuriser les pratiques RH

Développement / mise en œuvre : - Participation au déploiement du plan d'actions issu de l'audit social - Mise à jour ou création de documents internes (modèles, procédures, guides, trames RH) - Mise en place et structuration de la veille sociale

Tests et documentation : - Vérification de la conformité des process RH actualisés - Rédaction de documents pédagogiques ou opérationnels (fiches pratiques, check-lists, protocoles...) - Réalisation d'infographies - Contrôle et fiabilisation des dispositifs liés au temps de travail et à la SST

Présentation des résultats : - Restitutions régulières auprès de la DRH - Préparation de synthèses pour les équipes RH, managers et direction - Suivi des actions engagées et propositions d'amélioration continues Compétences et profil recherché

Formation souhaitée

- Élève-avocat (EDA) spécialisé en Droit social - OU Étudiant(e) en Master 2 en Droit Social / Droit du Travail / Relations sociales / Ressources Humaines - OU Diplômé(e) d'un Master 1/Master 2 Droit social en préparation du concours d'inspecteur du travail (préparation individuelle ou IRA)

Connaissances techniques attendues

- Solides bases en droit social (relations individuelles + collectives) - Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse juridique - Aisance rédactionnelle, autonomie et rigueur - Connaissance des obligations sociales des entreprises (BDESE, élections CSE, DUERP, temps de travail, discipline) - Intérêt pour le fonctionnement des organisations et la structuration des process RH - Maîtrise du Pack Office et des outils de recherche (Dalloz, ELnet, Navis, Lexis 360)
