The posting

****Job Description:

****Are you a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between complex business goals and a high-performing IT landscape? We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to take ownership of our architectural vision and governance. In this role, you will be the guardian of our IT integrity, ensuring that every new initiative accelerates our digital transformation while staying true to our core principles.

As the owner of the Enterprise Architecture (EA) governance process, you will provide the framework that evaluates IT projects and aligns them with our long-term strategy.

**What The Job Is

**The Enterprise Architect is the strategic owner of the EA governance process. You will anticipate long-term business needs and ensure that Satair's IT model is perfectly synchronized with our organizational policies and strategies. By providing structured leadership, you will gain consensus from the management team on critical IT policy decisions, from platform selection to technology strategies, that support our overarching goals.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Process Ownership & Governance: Own the formal approach for implementing solutions. You will manage the "two-step funneling" methodology to screen new initiatives for strategic, cross-cutting, or architectural impact.
  • Design Patterns & Models: Develop and promote standardized design patterns and models to ensure consistent application design and a resilient, scalable architecture across the enterprise.
  • Principle Custodianship: Act as the lead custodian of Satair’s signature architecture principles, ensuring every solution adheres to these guidelines.
  • Strategic Alignment & SLAs: Ensure that all IT solutions are strictly aligned with business needs and are designed to meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Documentation & Repository Management: Finalize and transfer EA-approved documents to the central repository, ensuring the Architecture Board has clear, high-quality materials for final review.
  • Financial Stewardship: Produce detailed cost/benefit analyses for new technology implementations, providing the data necessary for informed investment decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify where software, applications, or processes need to evolve to meet the needs of tomorrow’s aviation market.

**How You Will Contribute To The Team

**The Enterprise Architect reports directly to the Head of CIO Office. In this pivotal position, you serve as a key bridge between our strategic vision and the technical execution of the IT organization. You will have a leading role in the architecture landscape, acting as the primary driver for the Architecture Board. Your work ensures that the integrity of our current technology is protected while we build the capabilities required for a secure, resilient, and sustainable future.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a deep background in IT strategy and architecture governance. You should have a proven ability to lead through influence, gaining commitment from senior management for major technology shifts.

What you bring to the table:

  • Architectural Excellence: A proven track record in developing resilient architecture models and reusable design patterns.
  • Strategic Insight: The ability to perform cost/benefit evaluations that justify strategic technology choices to the CIO office and IT Management.
  • Operational Focus: A commitment to ensuring technical solutions deliver on business promises and operational SLAs.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Experience with EA frameworks (such as TOGAF) and the ability to navigate complex governance funnels with multiple stakeholders.

Beyond technical expertise, you are a master of communication. You can take a complex organizational challenge and translate it into a structured architectural solution. If you are ready to own the blueprint for Satair’s digital future, we’d love to hear from you.

Beyond technical skills, we value individuals who bring a collaborative mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

In this team, we prioritize innovation, problem-solving, and proactive thinking. If you are passionate about securing the future of aviation and enjoy working in an environment that values your expertise, we’d love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
