Dla naszego Klienta poszukujemy doświadczonej osoby na stanowisko Enterprise Architect, która będzie odpowiadać za kształtowanie długoterminowej strategii IT organizacji oraz zapewnienie spójności pomiędzy celami biznesowymi, możliwościami cyfrowymi i inwestycjami technologicznymi. Rola obejmuje prowadzenie transformacji cyfrowych, definiowanie standardów architektury oraz doradztwo dla biznesu i zespołów technicznych w kluczowych decyzjach technologicznych.

  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie architektury przedsiębiorstwa w obszarach: biznes, dane, aplikacje, technologie.
  • Przekładanie strategii biznesowej na docelowe architektury oraz plany wdrożeniowe (roadmapy).
  • Prowadzenie inicjatyw transformacji cyfrowej oraz nadzór nad integracją systemów.
  • Definiowanie standardów, zasad i polityk architektonicznych oraz prowadzenie review boards (przeglądów architektonicznych).
  • Doradztwo dla biznesu i zarządu w obszarze inwestycji technologicznych oraz kierunków rozwoju IT.
  • Wsparcie strategii cloud-native, podejścia API-driven oraz architektury modularnej.
  • Identyfikacja ryzyk technologicznych oraz dbanie o bezpieczeństwo i zgodność (compliance) systemów.
  • Minimum 7 lat doświadczenia w obszarze Enterprise Architecture lub Solution Architecture.
  • Doświadczenia w pracy z frameworkami: TOGAF, ArchiMate lub podobnymi.
  • Wiedzy i praktyki w obszarach: chmura (Azure/AWS/GCP), integracje, API, microservices.
  • Umiejętności współpracy z biznesem i senior stakeholderami (zarząd, dyrektorzy, liderzy domen).
  • Umiejętności tworzenia oraz komunikowania strategii IT i podejmowania decyzji architektonicznych w skali organizacji.

Mile widziane:

  • Certyfikaty TOGAF i/lub ArchiMate.
  • Doświadczenie w dużych transformacjach technologicznych i/lub w sektorze publicznym.
  • Współpracę w modelu B2B.
  • Model hybrydowy: 2 dni w tygodniu onsite w Warszawie.
  • Podróże służbowe (w zależności od potrzeb projektowych i spotkań z interesariuszami).
  • Kluczową rolę w kształtowaniu strategii IT oraz standardów architektonicznych organizacji.
  • Udział w transformacji cyfrowej i inicjatywach o dużej skali (architektura, integracje, modernizacja).
  • Współpracę na styku biznesu i technologii - realny wpływ na decyzje dotyczące inwestycji i kierunku rozwoju platform/systemów.
