Job Title: Senior Hotel Marketing Manager

Summary:

Savan Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Hotel Marketing Manager to lead our hotel marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence in the competitive hospitality landscape. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel marketing, a deep understanding of the Southeast Asian market, and exceptional communication skills in English and Thai.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, events, and partnerships.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, brochures, social media posts, and press releases.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage the hotel's online presence, including website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the hotel marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI for all marketing initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the hotel marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and revenue management, to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel marketing, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel setting.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Thai (both written and verbal) is essential. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM software, content management systems, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong project management and communication skills.
