Voor woonzorgcentrum Alphonsus zijn wij op zoek naar een:

Verzorgende IG (30 uur)

Als Verzorgende IG op afdeling Somatiek werk je met ouderen met een chronische ziekte zoals bijvoorbeeld de ziekte van Parkinson, een chronische longziekte (COPD) of een beroerte (CVA). Je biedt passende, intensieve zorg en begeleiding, waarbij kwaliteit van leven voorop staat.

Je begeleidt en verzorgt onze cliënten met de algemeen dagelijkse levensbehoeften (ADL) en verricht verpleegtechnische handelingen op basis van de afspraken in het ECD.

Met je positieve houding lever je een enthousiaste, stimulerende en kritische bijdrage aan de zorgontwikkeling van de afdeling en je weet

een sfeer te creëren waarin de cliënt zich gekend en thuis voelt. Je zorgt ervoor dat mantelzorgers en vrijwilligers zich welkom voelen, maakt zaken bespreekbaar en betrekt hen bij de zorg.

Naast de concrete zorg die je levert, zijn er ook allerlei extra taken binnen jouw zelfstandig team waar je mee aan de slag gaat. Dit, op basis van wat je leuk vindt en waar je goed in bent, of waar je je juist verder in wilt ontwikkelen. Je kan en mag leren. Veiligheid, warmte en vertrouwen staan hierbij centraal. Ons aanbod

  • Je krijgt direct een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Je krijgt een contract voor 30 uren per week.
  • Je wordt ingeschaald in FWG 35 (€ 2735,91 tot € 3592,96 o.b.v. 36 uur) conform CAO VVT op basis van je werkervaring.
