Job Description

MISSION GENERALE

A partir des prévisions des ventes, des commandes connues et des stocks, réaliser un planning de production d’une usine en tenant compte des contraintes industrielles avec pour objectif d’assurer le meilleur taux de service aux clients et éviter les dégagements.

Responsibilities

LES MISSIONS :

  • Etablir des plannings de production à court terme = définir les quantités à produire et à conditionner à court terme en fonction :
  • Des prévisions et commandes connues
  • Des stocks
  • Des disponibles matières
  • Des contraintes industrielles (quantités minimales à produire et quantités économiques)
  • Des capacités industrielles
  • Des réglementations sociales
  • Mesurer le taux de service de l’usine par marchés
  • Analyser les contraintes et prioriser avec la direction industrielle et Supply Chain
  • Gérer les aléas en adaptant les plannings en collaboration avec le site de production
  • Collecter et analyser les informations issues de la prévision des ventes, de l'industriel, des approvisionnements matières et exploiter ces informations pour optimiser les flux physiques.
  • Veiller à éviter les ruptures, les déclassements et à minimiser les coûts de production.
  • Effectuer des simulations afin de déterminer le scénario optimal de mise en œuvre des moyens matériels et organisationnels
  • Combiner la gestion des aléas de court terme tout en optimisant la planification de moyen terme
  • Présenter lors de réunions mensuelles (S&OP) une projection courte et moyen terme des productions

Qualifications

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur de type Master en Supply Chain
  • 1ère expérience réussie dans le secteur de la supply chain / logistique
  • Bonne connaissance des processus logistiques, des principes et outils de gestion de flux et de stocks
  • Bonne connaissance de l’environnement de production
  • Qualités d’analyse, capacité à travailler de manière transversale, sens de l’organisation, communication efficace, esprit d’équipe
