The posting

Key responsibilities

Staff welfare and benefits

  • Deal with staff uniform for existing staff annually.
  • Requisition and update uniform stock report accurately.

Onboarding/ Exit Interview

  • Cope with the process of recruitment after hiring including provide payroll account opening form(s)-new staff, prepare documents and submit a criminal background check etc.
  • Coordinate with Office Support team to provide Email account name card and access card.
  • Arrange employee cards and finger scan for new staff.
  • Be part to organize and present orientation (HR part).
  • Run exit interview with resign employees.

Staff Charges

  • Setup timeline of staff charges with accounting department
  • Cooperate with PM for data submission.
  • Follow up time attendance report from each building.
  • Check and complete staff charge for PM approval.
  • Submit staff charge report to accounting department for invoice issuing.

Overall HR duties

  • Deal with any assigned project (co-working with team supervisor)
  • Able to solve common HR issues under the supervision of manager.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, employee welfare, or related HR functions.
  • Good knowledge of HR administration and staff benefits.
  • Strong coordination skills with internal departments, site teams, and external parties.
  • Detail-oriented, service-minded, proactive
  • Able to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
