Als Spezialist*in für rechtliche Anforderungen, Normen und Zertifizierungen unterstützt du unser Unternehmen bei allen regulatorischen Fragestellungen rund um den Verkauf, die Installation und den Netzanschluss unserer Batteriespeichersysteme. In dieser Schlüsselrolle stellt du sicher, dass unsere Produkte alle geltenden gesetzlichen, technischen und sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen in unseren Zielmärkten erfüllen und behältst kommende regulatorische Änderungen stets im Blick.

  • Betreuung und Interpretation aller relevanten Gesetze, Normen und Richtlinien im Bereich Batteriespeicher und deren Netzanschluss (Niederspannung, vorteilhaft auch Mittelspannung).
  • Verantwortung für nationale und internationale Zertifizierungen unserer Produkte (z. B. CE, UN38.3, IEC-Normen, Netzanschlussrichtlinien).
  • Begleitung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinsichtlich regulatorischer Anforderungen – von der Entwicklung über die Markteinführung bis zum After-Sales.
  • Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen sowie proaktive Ableitung von Handlungsbedarf für Produktentwicklung und Management.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Qualitätssicherung, Vertrieb und externen Prüfinstituten.
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Behörden, Netzbetreiber und Zertifizierungsstellen.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder rechtswissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Energietechnik, elektrische Sicherheit, Zertifizierung oder regulatorische Compliance – idealerweise in der Speicher- oder Elektroindustrie.
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (z. B Niederspannungsrichtlinie, IEC 62933, VDE-AR-N 4105/4110) und regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für Qualität und Sicherheit.
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Themen verständlich aufzubereiten.
  • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1)
