Deine Aufgaben

  • Du leitest i.d.R. parallel mehrere IT-Projekte, mit Dienstleistungsumfängen ab 5 und bis zu 60 Tagen und 10 oder mehr Projektbeteiligten
  • In Deinen Projektenentwickelst Du mit unseren Kunden Konzepte zur Integration ihrer Daten aus den verschiedensten ERP-Systemen in das DataWarehouse von OneCoolTool (sowohl im on-premises als auch im Cloud-Betrieb) entwirfst Du in unserer Software Lösungsoptionen zur Abbildung und Unterstützung der individuellen, komplexen Geschäftsplanungsprozesse unserer Kunden und setzt diese um konfigurierst & individualisierst Du OneCoolTool entsprechend der in den KonzeptionsWorkshops definierten Anforderungen betreibst Du individuell auf die Bedarfe abgestimmtes Stakeholdermanagement und agierst beim Kunden auch auf Managementebene stellst Du durch proaktives & gesamtheitliches Projektmanagement sicher, dass Umfang, Budget & Fristen eingehalten & Deine Projekte erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden können
  • Bei strategisch relevanten Kunden mit hohem Potential für Systemerweiterungen übernimmst Du das KeyAccount-Management

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Data Science oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Technisches Know-how: Fundiertes Wissen in Systemarchitektur, Design von ETL-Prozessen & Systemintegration solide Kenntnisse & mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Datenbanken und der Abfragesprache T-SQL
  • Fähigkeit und methodisches Know-how um zielgruppenorientiert zu kommunizieren, die Projekt-Stakeholder optimal zu führen und Konfliktsituationen aktiv zu lösen
  • Du scheust dich nicht vor komplexen Inhalten und kannst auch in schwierigen Situationen und auf höheren Managementebenen souverän agieren
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Deine Rolle und dem Antrieb selbst Dinge in die Hand zu nehmen und sich dafür Informationen zu beschaffen
  • Wissensmanagement und Feedback sind Dir wichtig, Du holst und gibst aktiv Feedback
  • Deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft für Einsätze beim Kunden vor Ort (durchschnittlich 1-2 Tage / Monat)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (muttersprachliches Niveau) und mindestens gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
