Deine Aufgaben

Unser Support-Team löst auftretende Probleme beim Betrieb von OneCoolTool und übernimmt Serviceaufgaben in den Bereichen Installation, Wartung und Systempflege.

Du organisierst die Annahme, Koordination und Lösung von Supportfällen gemeinsam mit einem fünfköpfigen Team. Dabei übernimmst Du die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Teams und bist gleichzeitig selbst in die Bearbeitung von Service- und Supportfällen eingebunden.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • fachliche und organisatorische Leitung eines fünfköpfigen Teams
  • Planung und Koordination der verfügbaren Mitarbeiterkapazitäten
  • Prüfung und Entscheidung über die Fakturierbarkeit von Serviceleistungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Partnern und anderen Teamleitern
  • Installation und Einrichtung unserer Software in Kundenumgebungen
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und der IT unserer Kunden
  • First- und Second-Level-Support

Dein Profil

  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendungsbetreuung, Systemadministration oder Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in einer fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führungsrolle sowie Interesse an der Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse im Windows-Umfeld, insbesondere in:SQL Server Windows Server Microsoft Azure
  • gute Kenntnisse in SQL und im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken
  • gutes Verständnis von Softwarearchitekturen und komplexen Anwendungssystemen
  • Interesse an betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kundenanforderungen sowie in der Kommunikation mit Anwendern
  • sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (muttersprachliches Niveau)
