This role is based in Milan where we will expect to see you at the office three days per week, as per our smart working policy.

  • Provide legal support to the Company and the Group on regulatory matters, with a particular focus on payment services, consumer credit, consumer protection, contract law and other legislation relevant to the business.
  • Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, escalating complex or material matters to senior members of the Legal Team.
  • Prepare internal legal memoranda, opinions and practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
  • Conduct independent legal research on legislation, regulatory guidance, case law and legal scholarship, translating findings into actionable advice.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and support the implementation of any required changes to internal processes, documentation and commercial practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks, provide practical guidance and ensure the consistent implementation of legal requirements and best practices.
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal templates, policies, procedures and legal knowledge resources.

YOU MUST :

  • Have an Italian Law Degree (or equivalent)
  • Be fluent both in Italian and English (C1-C2)
  • You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills

YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THE ROLE IF :

  • You have some previous experience in a structured Law Firm or a Company (specialization payment services and consumer credit is a plus)
  • You are admitted to the Italian Bar
  • You speak any additional language such as French or Spanish (B2+ level)
  • You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or the Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • You are familiar with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini)

OUR COMPENSATION PACKAGE :

  • Annual compensation range based on experience: 30000-40000 euros

OUR SELECTION PROCESS

  1. Initial Chat: A brief conversation with our Talent Acquisition Team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.
