## Job Summary The Analyst-I Business Process role is essential for managing the policy administration of London Market Insurance Policies. This position focuses on meeting service level agreements and productivity targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction through quality service.

## Responsibilities - Responsible for the administration of London Market Insurance Policies. - Perform regular standard tasks with the flexibility to vary work sequencing. - Meet service level agreements and productivity targets consistently. - Identify process efficiencies and contribute to improvements. - Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

## Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Candidates with B. Tech or BCA need not apply. - Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. - Proficiency in the English language. - Willingness to work from the office as needed. - Availability to work night shifts. - PC literacy with basic knowledge of MS Office and email skills. - Intermediate skills in MS Excel are preferable.
