Description du poste

Incident Manager (H/F)

  • Lieu : Paris
  • Télétravail : 2 à 3 jours de télétravail
  • Type de contrat : CDI
  • Rémunération : 60-64k
  • Expérience requise : 10 ans
  • Secteur : Bancaire - Expérience obligatoire dans ce secteur

Pilotage du fonctionnement

  • Accompagner le management dans le pilotage de la qualité de service et de la performance opérationnelle.
  • Construire et maintenir une vision consolidée du RUN sur l'ensemble du périmètre.
  • Définir, suivre et analyser les indicateurs de fonctionnement, SLA et plans d'amélioration.
  • Mettre en place et animer les rituels de pilotage de la qualité de service.
  • Accompagner les équipes dans la montée en maturité sur les pratiques RUN et l'excellence opérationnelle.

Gestion des incidents et amélioration continue

  • Coordonner la gestion des incidents majeurs et des situations critiques.
  • Mobiliser les parties prenantes pour accélérer la résolution et le retour à la normale.
  • Organiser et animer les analyses post-incidents (Post Mortem).
  • Piloter la gestion des problèmes et l'identification des causes racines.
  • Contribuer à la réduction de l'incidentologie et à la sécurisation des changements en production.

Coordination transverse

  • Faciliter les échanges entre les équipes métiers, produits et techniques.
  • Assurer le suivi des actions et engagements pris lors des comités de fonctionnement.
  • Participer activement à la préparation des mises en production et à l'industrialisation du RUN.
  • Être un acteur clé de l'amélioration continue et de la satisfaction des utilisateurs.

Qualifications

  • Expérience significative en tant que Incident Manager, Run Manager, Service Manager ou Responsable Exploitation.
  • Maîtrise des processus ITIL : Gestion des Incidents, Problèmes, Changements et Niveaux de Service.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la préparation au RUN et l'accompagnement de mises en production.
  • Solide expérience de coordination transverse impliquant de multiples acteurs.
  • Maîtrise d'un outil ITSM tel que ServiceNow ou équivalent.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements Agile à l'échelle (Squads, Tribus, Produits).
