Description du poste

Contexte de la mission :

Dans le cadre d'un projet stratégique pour un acteur majeur du secteur de l'énergie, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur Logiciel IA & LLMOps pour intégrer une équipe d'expertise dédiée à l'adoption de l'IA Agentique (équipe AMIA).

L'objectif de cette équipe est de structurer un cadre de confiance technique (gouvernance, sécurité) et d'accélérer l'adoption de l'IA générative par les équipes de développement, en fournissant un socle technique "clé en main" basé sur des frameworks open source.

Vos missions principales :

  • Conception et développement du socle IA : Développer, adapter et maintenir le socle technique d'IA Agentique (basé sur le framework BMAD), en assurant l'orchestration cognitive des agents (pattern ReAct, Tool Calling, gestion de la mémoire).
  • Architecture & Intégration SI : Raccorder techniquement des serveurs MCP (Model Context Protocol) et intégrer des API sécurisées (OAuth2, flux TLS/SSL) dans un système d'information complexe.
  • DevSecOps & Automatisation : Concevoir et maintenir les pipelines GitLab CI/CD, automatiser le provisionnement des environnements Cloud (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes) et intégrer les scans de sécurité automatisés.
  • Contribution Open Source interne ("InnerSource") : Participer activement à la communauté technique du client, soumettre des Merge Requests, et reverser les briques logicielles créées pour l'ensemble du groupe.
  • Accompagnement et Conseil : Rédiger la documentation technique, accompagner les équipes projets dans la prise en main des outils, et être force de proposition sur l'optimisation des architectures Cloud et IA.

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure en informatique, vous possédez une solide expérience en ingénierie logicielle et avez pris le virage de l'IA générative et de son industrialisation (LLMOps). Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d'analyse, votre proactivité et votre capacité à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (sécurité, infrastructure, développeurs).

Compétences techniques requises (Critères stricts) :

  • Développement Logiciel (5 ans min.) : Maîtrise experte de Python (asynchrone, POO, design patterns, packaging).
  • Ingénierie IA Agentique (3 ans min.) : Maîtrise des frameworks d'orchestration (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, BMAD) et des concepts d'agents autonomes.
  • DevOps & Cloud (3 ans min.) : GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS et/ou GCP.
  • Sécurité & Réseau (5 ans min.) : Intégration d'API, SSO/OAuth2, gestion de certificats.
