Lead UX (F/H) - CDI - Annecy

Type de contrat : Poste proposé exclusivement en CDI (hors prestation, freelance et portage salarial).

Lieu : Annecy

Démarrage : Dès que possible - Disponibilité immédiate ou très court préavis requis

Expérience requise : Expérience significative en tant que Lead UX / UX Designer Senior

Votre rôle

Au sein d'une équipe produit agile, vous intervenez en tant que Lead UX sur un projet stratégique en environnement digital. Vous êtes l'interlocuteur privilégié des parties prenantes (Business Owners, Product Owners, développeurs, Business Analysts, métiers…) et vous vous positionnez comme expert UX, garant des méthodes du Chapitre UX.

Votre rôle est avant tout opérationnel : vous n'êtes pas lead du projet, mais vous contribuez activement à la production UX, avec une posture de référent non managérial.

Vos missions

UX Design & Production

  • Concevoir les parcours utilisateurs
  • Réaliser des userflows, wireframes et prototypes interactifs
  • Définir les logiques d'interaction et les comportements dynamiques
  • Contribuer fortement aux livrables UX

UX Research

  • Réaliser des benchmarks et des audits
  • Participer aux recherches utilisateurs (interviews, tests, analyses)

Collaboration Agile

  • Vous intégrer à une équipe produit agile et participer aux rituels
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les PO, BA, développeurs et UI Designers

Cohérence UX

  • Contribuer à la cohérence des parcours et des expériences au sein de l'équipe

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

  • Une expérience significative en tant que Lead UX / UX Designer Senior
  • Une expérience en refonte ou création d'applications mobiles ou desktop
  • Une expérience en environnement agile / produit et en contexte grands comptes
  • Un profil très opérationnel, orienté conception et production, capable de délivrer dans un contexte projet soutenu
  • Une compréhension des contraintes techniques d'intégration et de développement
  • Une culture centrée utilisateur
  • Des qualités humaines : leadership, communication, empathie, écoute, autonomie, humilité et proactivité
  • Une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement projet complexe

Compétences techniques souhaitées

  • Maîtrise indispensable de Figma (design et prototypage) : critère majeur
  • Expertise en conception de parcours
  • Userflows, wireframes, prototypes interactifs
  • Maîtrise de l'environnement de travail agile
