In Zusammenarbeit mit der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Lörrach bieten wir ein praxisnahes duales Studium an, das Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit einer speziellen Vertiefung in Spedition, Transport und Logistik kombiniert. Als dualer Student (m/w/d) bist du bei uns fest im Unternehmen angestellt und wechselst im dreimonatigen Rhythmus zwischen den Theoriephasen an der DHBW und den Praxisphasen in unserem Unternehmen. In der Hochschule erlernst du die Grundlagen der Betriebswirtschaft und spezialisierte Kenntnisse im Logistikbereich, die dich optimal auf die Herausforderungen der globalen Logistik und des internationalen Handels vorbereiten. Bei uns im Unternehmen wendest du das theoretische Wissen direkt in spannenden Projekten und praktischen Aufgaben an und erweiterst es durch wertvolle Praxiserfahrung.

Studieninhalte an der DHBW Lörrach:

  • Logistikmanagement und Transportwesen: Grundlagen und Vertiefungen in den Bereichen Spedition und Logistik, nationale und internationale Transportabläufe
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Grundlagen: Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Marketing und Personalmanagement
  • Projektmanagement und Digitalisierung: Strategisches Projektmanagement und moderne IT-Lösungen zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Zoll- und Außenwirtschaft: Rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen, internationale Handels- und Zollvorschriften
  • Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltmanagement: Effiziente und nachhaltige Logistiklösungen, ökologische und ökonomische Aspekte in der Lieferkette

Deine Aufgaben bei uns im Unternehmen:

  • Planung, Koordination und Optimierung von Transportprozessen und logistischen Abläufen
  • Unterstützung in der Abwicklung von internationalen Transporten, inklusive Zollformalitäten und Einhaltung rechtlicher Vorschriften
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Prozessautomatisierung und Digitalisierung, etwa im Bereich Logistik-Software und IT-gestütztes Tracking
  • Erstellen von Kostenkalkulationen und Angeboten, Kundenkommunikation und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partnern

Das bringst du mit:

  • Allgemeine Hochschulreife oder Fachhochschulreife mit guten Leistungen, insbesondere in den Fächern Mathematik, Wirtschaft und Englisch
  • Interesse an logistischen und wirtschaftlichen Prozessen sowie internationalen Märkten
  • Analytische Denkweise, Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
