Ben jij een transportplanner die graag zelfstandig werkt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt? Dan is deze rol als Transportplanner Weekend & Flex bij Schenk iets voor jou.

In deze functie ben jij samen met het vaste team verantwoordelijk voor de planning van onze LNG-transporten, met name in het weekend. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt van vrijdag tot en met maandag en bent hét aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en interne collega’s.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als Transportplanner Weekend & Flex verzorg je de planning van onze New Energies-activiteiten. Op vrijdag maak je de opstart voor het weekend, tijdens het weekend bewaak je de planning en los je eventuele knelpunten zelfstandig op. Op maandag zorg je voor een goede overdracht en afwikkeling richting het reguliere planningsteam.

Je werkt nauw samen met het vaste team en schakelt veel met chauffeurs. Geen weekend is hetzelfde en juist dat maakt deze functie afwisselend en uitdagend.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Planningen maken voor het weekend en de maandag;
  • Verwerken van planningswijzigingen en afstemmen met chauffeurs;
  • Oplossen van operationele uitdagingen tijdens je shift;
  • Zorgen voor een goede overdracht en afwikkeling op maandag;
  • Samenwerken met het vaste planningsteam;
  • Bijdragen aan veiligheid en kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een salaris tussen €3.600,- en €4.000,- bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur (inschaling op basis van relevante ervaring en opleiding);
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 12 maanden met zicht op een vast dienstverband;
  • 8% vakantiegeld, 27,5 vakantiedagen, waarvan 20 wettelijk, 4 bovenwettelijk en 3,5 ATV-dagen;

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt ervaring met plannen binnen transport;
  • Je bent mbo/hbo/wo-student óf hebt minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Je bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en klantgericht;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen;
  • Je bent beschikbaar op vrijdag, in het weekend en op maandag;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
