1. 负责清洁类小家电产品的结构设计（以蒸汽清洁类为主），并依据功能性、可制造性及成本控制要求进行优化。同时，精通塑料及耐高温结构材料，设计适用于不同环境与要求的结构件 2. 熟悉发热体、水泵、风机等核心部件的结构设计，完成各部件的功能整合，以确保其协同工作 3. 深入理解产品研发流程，确保结构设计符合各阶段需求，将产品定义转化为实际的结构设计方案 4. 主导产品设计验证流程，确保产品符合设计规范及质量标准。参与并支持产品品质验证工作，同时参与模具评审、生产评审，保障设计方案具备可制造性且符合生产需求 5. 协调跨部门的沟通与合作，解决产品研发过程中的技术问题。负责产品售后维护，及时处理产品使用过程中出现的结构问题

1. 本科及以上学历，机械、结构、工业设计等相关专业，具备扎实专业知识 2. 具有小家电结构设计经验，具备实际项目经历，有蒸汽类产品相关经验者优先 3. 熟悉塑料及高温材料的应用与设计，拥有丰富的耐高温结构设计经验；深入了解发热体、水泵、风机等核心部件的设计与开发，能够熟练进行部件选型与整合 4. 了解产品研发、设计验证、模具及生产评审流程，能够严格按照流程推进工作，保障产品从设计到生产的顺利进行 5. 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，以推动项目顺利进展；拥有较强的产品问题分析与解决能力，能够快速处理产品使用过程中出现的结构问题，为售后维护提供支持
