Deine Stelle

  • Du begleitest Neubau-, Umbau- und Renovierungsprojekte in unseren Immobilien von der Planung und Genehmigung über die Ausführung bis hin zur Bauabnahme.
  • Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll und effektiv mit Architekten, Statikern, Denkmalschutz und den verschiedenen Handwerksgewerken zusammen und sorgst so für einen reibungslosen Bauablauf.
  • Du bewegst Dich fachlich auf Augenhöhe mit den genannten Gruppen und sorgst für ein gutes Verständnis der Bauherrenwünsche.
  • Du übernimmst die Ausschreibung von Leistungen, holst entsprechende Angebote ein und sorgst für eine gute Entscheidungsgrundlage der Geschäftsführung.
  • Du überwachst das Baubudget und gewährleistest das Kosten im Griff und Abweichungen besprochen sind.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechnik bzw. fundierte Ausbildung im Handwerk, Bauzeichner, etc. oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung von Bau-/Instandhaltungsprojekten.
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Ausschreibung, Angebotsauswertung und Rechnungsprüfung von Bauprojekten.
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI, VOB und des Vertragsrechtes im Bereich Bauwesen.
  • Breites Interesse an baulichen und technischen Lösungen, auch im Denkmalschutz.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Eigenständigkeit, und Organisationsgeschick.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B.
