Wir suchen dich als Personalleitung – entweder mit bereits fundierter HR-Erfahrung oder als nächsten Karriereschritt in eine Führungsrolle, wenn du über solide operative HR-Praxis verfügst.

  • Stabile und effiziente Personaladministration Du sorgst für reibungslose Prozesse in Vertragswesen, Stammdatenpflege und unserem HR-System Personio und stellst eine verlässliche, serviceorientierte Betreuung der Mitarbeitenden sicher.
  • Wirksames Recruiting mit passgenauen Besetzungen Du stellst sicher, dass vakante Positionen zeitnah mit geeigneten Kandidaten besetzt werden – von der Ausschreibung über die Auswahl bis zur Einstellung – und schaffst ein professionelles Bewerber- und Onboarding-Erlebnis.
  • Sichere arbeitsrechtliche Umsetzung im Alltag Du sorgst dafür, dass arbeitsrechtliche Maßnahmen korrekt und angemessen umgesetzt werden und Führungskräfte praxisnah beraten sind.
  • Fehlerfreie Entgeltabrechnung und verlässliche Zeitwirtschaft Du verantwortest die korrekte und termingerechte Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung sowie eine transparente und belastbare Zeitwirtschaft, auf deren Daten Geschäftsführung und Mitarbeitende sich verlassen können.
  • Führung eines kleinen HR-Teams Du führst zwei Mitarbeitende, strukturierst die Aufgaben klar und entwickelst das HR-Team weiter hin zu einem professionellen, kundenorientierten Dienstleister für das Unternehmen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen oder umfangreiche operative HR-Erfahrung mit klar erkennbarer Bereitschaft, die Leitungsrolle zu übernehmen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Personaladministration, Recruiting, arbeitsrechtlicher Praxis sowie Entgeltabrechnung/Zeitwirtschaft
  • Freude an Verantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke und eine strukturierte, serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft, ein kleines Team zu führen und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket sowie mit HR-Software
