Deine Stelle

  • Aufbau und Rollout einer neuen digitalen Geräteverwaltung
  • Koordination des Gerätemanagements von Beschaffung, Datenpflege, Zuordnung, laufender Betrieb bis hin zur Verschrottung für Werkzeuge, Maschinen, IT-Ausstattung, etc.
  • Organisation, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Inventuren über mehrere Standorte hinweg
  • Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Bestandsdaten unserer Geräte sowie Erstellung von Analysen
  • Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit im Gerätebestand
  • Optimierung der Lagerordnung an unseren Standorten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Niederlassungen, Einkauf und QM bei der Entwicklung von Standards
  • Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen in Prozessen und Abläufen des Gerätemanagements

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Geräteverwaltung, Inventurmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • IT-Affinität und Interesse an digitalen Lösungen
  • Strukturierte, gewissenhafte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Genauigkeit im Umgang mit Daten
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der Baubranche bzw. mittelständisch geprägten Handwerks-unternehmen
  • Organisationsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Standorte zu koordinieren
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Einsätzen an verschiedenen Standorten
