Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres neu gegründeten Teams Project Engineering übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung sicherer, effizienter und innovativer Tragwerkslösungen für internationale Projekte.

  • Durchführung statischer Berechnungen und Stabilitätsnachweise für Stahl- und Aluminiumtragkonstruktionen, insbesondere für Photovoltaik-Montagesysteme.
  • Entwicklung von Verstärkungs- und Sanierungskonzepten auf Grundlage statischer Bewertungen und projektspezifischer Anforderungen.
  • Begleitung von Projekten über den gesamten Engineering-Lebenszyklus – von der Machbarkeitsprüfung und Planung bis hin zur Ausführung und Inbetriebnahme.
  • Erstellung und Prüfung statischer Berechnungen, technischer Dokumentationen und Konstruktionszeichnungen gemäß den geltenden Normen und Standards.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Bereichen Structural Engineering, Projektmanagement, Vertrieb und weiteren technischen Fachbereichen, um praxisgerechte und qualitativ hochwertige Engineering-Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Engineering-Standards, Berechnungsmethoden und internen Prozessen.
  • Aktuelle Entwicklungen in der Branche, gesetzliche Vorgaben und bewährte Engineering-Praktiken verfolgen, um technische Exzellenz sicherzustellen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, konstruktiven Ingenieurbau oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im konstruktiven Ingenieurbau, idealerweise mit Stahl- und Aluminiumkonstruktionen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Tragwerksplanung und -berechnung, den Eurocodes sowie relevanten technischen Normen und Standards.
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung bestehender Tragwerke sowie in der Entwicklung von Verstärkungs- oder Sanierungslösungen von Vorteil.
  • Eine Befugnis zur Durchführung von Standsicherheitsnachweisen (oder die Voraussetzungen, diese zu erlangen) ist von Vorteil.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Engineering-Software wie Dlubal RFEM, FRILO und Microsoft Office.
  • Kenntnisse in geotechnischer Software zur Bemessung und zum Nachweis von Pfahleinbindetiefen sind von Vorteil.
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Fokus auf Qualität und technische Genauigkeit.
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, effektiv in interdisziplinären und internationalen Projektteams zu arbeiten.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B1); weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Motivation, zum Aufbau eines wachsenden Engineering-Teams beizutragen und Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle technische Projekte zu übernehmen
