Ihre Aufgaben ● Auftragsabwicklung von A bis Z: Kundenbestellungen erfassen, Liefertermine überwachen und Aufträge bis zur Fakturierung begleiten. ● Kunden\- und Artikelstammdaten: Daten sorgfältig pflegen und aktuell halten. ● Aktives Lead\-Management und Akquise (mind. 20 %): Sie kontaktieren potenzielle Kunden, klären deren Bedürfnisse ab und verfolgen Verkaufschancen konsequent weiter. Dabei bearbeiten Sie auch Anfragen und Kontakte, die durch unsere Marketing\- und Social\-Media\-Aktivitäten entstehen.

Ihr Profil ● Kaufmännische Grundbildung (EFZ) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder Handel von Vorteil. ● Freude am Kundenkontakt: Kommunikativ, verbindlich und mit der nötigen Ausdauer beim Nachfassen. ● Digital fit: Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP\-Systemen (idealerweise SelectLine); Interesse an Social\-Media\-Marketing und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen. ● Selbstständig und sorgfältig: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung. ● Sprachlich überzeugend: Ausgezeichnete, stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; ösisch und Englisch von Vorteil.
