Die Fricke-Schmidbauer Schwerlast GmbH ist Teil der Schmidbauer‑Gruppe und steht für Kompetenz, Verlässlichkeit und innovative Lösungen im Bereich Kran‑ und Schwerlastlogistik. Für den Standort Braunschweig suchen wir einen Kfz‑Mechatroniker (m/w/d) für Nutzfahrzeuge.

Als Kfz‑Mechatroniker (m/w/d) für Nutzfahrzeuge und möglicher künftiger Werkstattleiter übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem Unternehmen: Du sicherst die Einsatzfähigkeit unseres Fuhrparks, koordinierst Abläufe in der Werkstatt und arbeitest selbst aktiv an unseren Fahrzeugen und Systemen.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Bedienung, Prüfung, Wartung und Einstellung unserer Fahrzeuge und Systeme
  • Durchführung von Messungen sowie Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen
  • Montage, Demontage und Instandsetzung von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und kompletten Systemen
  • Diagnose von Fehlern und Störungen – inklusive Identifikation der Ursachen und fachkundiger Bewertung
  • Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen in der Werkstatt

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B, CE ist ein gerne gesehenes Plus
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz‑Mechatroniker oder sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und echtes Teamdenken
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Pünktlichkeit
  • Vorausschauende, umsichtige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise – besonders wichtig im Bereich Schwertransporttechnik
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
