Du bist kein Spezialist für nur einen Bereich, sondern bewegst dich souverän zwischen 2D, 3D, Animation, Design, Realtime, Content und interaktiven Anwendungen. Du arbeitest hands-on, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert – mal an einer schnellen Social Animation, mal an einem komplexeren Visual-System oder einer realtime-basierten Experience.

Du fühlst dich wohl damit, parallel an unterschiedlichen Projekten zu arbeiten, flexibel zwischen Anforderungen zu wechseln und kreative Lösungen effizient umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Operative Umsetzung von Motion-Design-Projekten über verschiedene Medien und Formate hinweg
  • Entwicklung und Produktion von 2D- und 3D-Animationen
  • Erstellung von Social Content, Kampagnenassets, Explainern, UI-Motion oder visuellen Systemen
  • Mitarbeit an interaktiven, generativen oder realtime-basierten Projekten
  • Schnelles Übersetzen von Ideen und Konzepten in starke visuelle Ergebnisse
  • Unterstützung bei Look Development, Styleframes und Visual Storytelling
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design, Creative Direction, Development und Produktion
  • Eigenständige Organisation und Priorisierung laufender Projekte

Was du mitbringst

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Motion Design oder verwandten Bereichen
  • Generalistische Arbeitsweise mit hoher operativer Stärke
  • Sicheres Gespür für Animation, Timing, Gestaltung und visuelle Qualität
  • Freude daran, in unterschiedlichen Projektarten und Themenfeldern zu arbeiten
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und pragmatische Herangehensweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in mehreren relevanten Tools, z. B.:After Effects Cinema 4D, Blender oder Houdini Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma Unreal Engine, Unity oder TouchDesigner
