Wir suchen einen Senior Project Manager Brand Experience (m/w/d), der komplexe Projekte souverän steuert, unterschiedliche Disziplinen zusammenbringt und unsere Kunden kompetent berät.

Deine Rolle

Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Steuerung komplexer Brand-Experience-Projekte – von der ersten Aufgabenstellung bis zur Umsetzung.

Dabei behältst du nicht nur Timing, Budget und Ressourcen im Blick. Du verstehst das Ziel des Projekts, erkennst die dafür notwendigen Leistungen und stellst das passende interdisziplinäre Team zusammen.

Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und arbeitest eng mit Strategie, Creative Direction, Design und unseren Spezialisten zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung komplexer, interdisziplinärer Brand-Experience-Projekte
  • Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden auf Augenhöhe
  • Übersetzung von Kundenanforderungen in klare Projekt- und Leistungsstrukturen
  • Koordination von Strategie, Kreation, Experience, Content, Digital, Motion, Raum und Produktion
  • Steuerung von Timings, Budgets, Ressourcen und Projektpartnern
  • Erstellung und Steuerung von Angeboten und Kalkulationen
  • Frühes Erkennen von Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und notwendigen Leistungen
  • Auswahl und Steuerung externer Spezialisten und Produktionspartner
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Terminen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer integrierten Brand-Experience-Kompetenz

Was du mitbringst

  • 7–10 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Kommunikations-, Brand-Experience-, Event- oder Markenprojekte
  • Erfahrung in einer Agentur oder einem vergleichbaren kreativen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung multidisziplinärer Projekte und größerer Budgets
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für kreative und kommunikative Prozesse
  • Du verstehst die relevanten Disziplinen von Design und Content über Digital und Motion bis hin zu Raum und Produktion
  • Du kannst komplexe B2B-Themen schnell erfassen und in klare Projektanforderungen übersetzen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein gutes Gespür für wirtschaftlich sinnvolle Lösungen
  • Souveränes Auftreten, hohe Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Du musst nicht jede Disziplin selbst beherrschen. Entscheidend ist, dass du verstehst, wann welche Kompetenz gebraucht wird und wie die einzelnen Disziplinen zu einer gemeinsamen Experience beitragen.

Du betrachtest einen Messestand nicht nur als Bauprojekt, sondern als Teil einer Customer Journey. Du denkst bei einem interaktiven Exponat nicht nur an Technologie, sondern an Inhalt, Nutzer und Erlebnis. Und du berätst Kunden, statt Projekte lediglich zu verwalten.
