Das ist Deine Rolle im Schryver-Team:

Deine Position als Sachbearbeiter:in im Export heißt bei uns Ocean Freight Expert Export. Damit bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Exportteams und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller notwendigen Prozesse rund um die Abwicklung von Transportaufträgen.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du steuerst Seefrachtkonsolidierungen im LCL- und FCL-Bereich mit Schwerpunkt auf Verkehren nach Venezuela und behältst dabei Termine, Qualität und Kosten im Blick
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinierst Du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Lager, operativen Teams, Spediteuren, Agenten und Kunden
  • Du prüfst Transportanfragen, entwickelst passende Lösungen und stimmst Machbarkeit, Kosten und Risiken mit den relevanten Fachbereichen ab
  • Du wählst geeignete Frachtführer und Dienstleister aus und stellst eine zuverlässige sowie regelkonforme Abwicklung sicher
  • Du kommunizierst mit internationalen Geschäftspartnern auf Deutsch und Englisch und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss
  • Du pflegst die Auftragsdaten im TMS-System, prüfst Rechnungen und unterstützt bei Reklamationen
  • Bei Bedarf begleitest Du die Verladung im Lager und stellst eine vollständige Dokumentation sicher

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Jede Menge Leidenschaft für logistische Aufgaben und den Wunsch, unseren Kundinnen und Kunden ein außergewöhnliches Kundenerlebnis zu bieten
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht, idealerweise bringst Du Kenntnisse im Exportgeschäft nach Lateinamerika mit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eine ausgeprägte „can-do“ Mentalität. Probleme sind aus Deiner Sicht dazu da, gelöst zu werden
  • Einen herzlichen und verbindlichen Kommunikationsstil - sowohl am Telefon als auch per E-Mail
  • Eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit cloudbasierten CRM-, bzw. Transport-Systemen
