Das ist Deine Rolle im Schryver-Team:

Deine Position als Sachbearbeiter:in im Export heißt bei uns Ocean Freight Expert Export. Damit bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Exportteams und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen für den reibungslosen Ablauf aller notwendigen Prozesse rund um die Abwicklung von Transportaufträgen.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest Du eng mit Business Development, Kunden, Absender oder Versender, Agenten und Operations zusammen.
  • Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung und Koordination von Exportsendungen im Bereich Seefracht.
  • Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass alle buchungs- und auftragsrelevanten Informationen vollständig und rechtzeitig vorliegen.
  • Die Übergabe der Sendungen an unser Operations-Team koordinierst Du strukturiert und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss zwischen allen Beteiligten.
  • Kunden und Partner hältst Du proaktiv über den Status ihrer Sendungen auf dem Laufenden und versendest relevante Transportdokumente.
  • Im Tagesgeschäft betreust Du unsere Kunden und internationalen Agenten serviceorientiert und findest pragmatische Lösungen.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei abrechnungsrelevanten Themen und der Vorbereitung des Monatsabschlusses.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Erfahrung in der Seefracht-Exportabwicklung (FCL/LCL)
  • Gute Kenntnisse internationaler Transport- und Dokumentationsprozesse
  • Verständnis für Angebots- und Preisstrukturen in der Logistik
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Eine ausgeprägte „can-do“ Mentalität. Probleme sind aus Deiner Sicht dazu da, gelöst zu werden
  • Einen herzlichen und verbindlichen Kommunikationsstil - sowohl am Telefon als auch per E-Mail
  • Eine eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit cloudbasierten CRM-, bzw. Transport-Systemen
