Un trabajo de F&I que te deja tener vida

Ya sabes cómo es esto en casi todos los dealers: llegas primero, te vas al último y los sábados ni los ves. Aquí no: semana de 40 horas, tu cumpleaños libre y los feriados libres. En F&I, eso casi ni existe.

Schwartz Mazda es un negocio de familia — 107 años en el mismo pueblo — y estamos en el President's Club de Mazda (los 50 mejores dealers del país). O sea: deals todos los días, y clientes que llegan a tu oficina ya confiando en la casa. El trabajo

Tu día a día:

  • Armar los deals para sacarles la máxima rentabilidad y que se cobren bien
  • Trabajar los números, mandar los deals a los bancos, tomar decisiones de crédito y cerrar
  • Preparar contratos y papeleo, entregar los deals y mandar expedientes limpios para que todo se fondee rápido
  • Cuidar que cada deal cumpla con las reglas locales, estatales y federales, y revisar los deals del equipo después de la venta
  • Mantenerte al día con las leyes de títulos, el registro y tus certificaciones

Lo que necesitas traer:

  • Tres años de experiencia en ventas de autos o de financiamiento — esto sí es obligatorio
  • Saber cómo funciona el F&I de un dealer por dentro
  • Saber cerrar: buena presentación, buena negociación, y sin quemar al cliente
  • Deals limpios, siempre — aquí el cumplimiento va en serio
  • Buena comunicación, buena presencia, y que te defiendas bien con la computadora
  • Licencia de conducir válida; el título universitario ayuda, pero la experiencia cuenta igual
