Si sabes tratar a la persona y hablas español, ya tienes la mitad del trabajo.

Cada día más familias de habla hispana en Red Bank y toda la zona compran carro — y prefieren hacer un negocio tan importante en su propio idioma, con alguien de confianza. Necesitamos a esa persona en nuestro equipo de ventas, y le pagamos bien: $75,000 a $150,000 al año por comisiones. Mientras mejor vendas, más ganas — sin techo.

¿Nunca has vendido carros? No importa. Si aprendiste a tratar gente vendiendo en una tienda, atendiendo mesas, o en cualquier trabajo de cara al público, nosotros te enseñamos el resto. La experiencia en concesionarios ayuda, pero no es requisito.

Horario de 40 horas. En ventas de autos. En serio.

En esta industria lo normal es trabajar 50 o 60 horas, todos los sábados, y llegar a casa cuando los niños ya duermen. Aquí no: semana de 40 horas, tu cumpleaños libre y días feriados libres. Puedes ganar bien y tener vida al mismo tiempo.

El puesto

Lo que harás:

  • Recibir y atender a cada cliente que llega al showroom o al lote
  • Hacer buenas preguntas, escuchar de verdad, y ayudar a cada cliente a encontrar el vehículo correcto
  • Presentar y demostrar vehículos nuevos y usados: características, opciones y beneficios
  • Aprender y seguir el proceso completo de ventas — desde el saludo hasta el cierre
  • Preparar los vehículos vendidos para la entrega y hacer de ese momento algo especial
  • Dar seguimiento después de la venta para que el cliente quede contento — y regrese
  • Mantener tu cartera de prospectos al día
  • Trabajar con el gerente de ventas en metas, actividades y resultados

Lo que buscamos:

  • Español fluido (indispensable); bilingüe español/inglés es lo ideal
  • Personalidad alegre y con energía — te gusta la gente y se nota
  • Comodidad con un pago basado en comisiones: tu esfuerzo define tu cheque
  • Experiencia en concesionarios es una gran ventaja — pero entrenamos a la persona correcta
  • Manejo básico de computadora, internet y correo electrónico
  • Licencia de conducir válida y con buen historial
  • Diploma de secundaria o GED
  • Disponibilidad para completar una prueba de drogas antes del empleo
