The Royal Group Louisville, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a 2nd Shift Production Lead in Louisville, KY. As a Production Lead you will be responsible for the daily routine of producing quality product in a safe, productive manner with minimum waste. High school diploma or equivalent Preferred that employees have prior work experience in the corrugated industry or other 2-4 years’ work experience May be required to maintain a current Forklift Operator License Project and time management skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow directions accurately Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker that is dedicated to the job and team The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.
As a Production Lead you will:
Maintain quality, efficiencies and production levels set by production supervisor/superintendent Perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment Professional and pleasant disposition Keep management informed of problems or situations that may affect the performance of your department Regular and predictable attendance with overtime allowance as job requires Communicate with necessary supervision to avoid problems between shift changes Attend all plant safety meetings Additional duties as assigned
