The posting

The Royal Group Louisville, a subsidiary of Schwarz Partners, currently has an exciting opportunity available for a 2nd Shift Shipping Lead in Louisville, KY.  As a Shipping Lead you will be responsible for all activities associated with shipping and receiving activities, maintain inventory of job components and finished goods, assist production team with orders shipped/received and prepare reports. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 4pm-2:30am. High school diploma or equivalent Preferred that employees have prior work experience in the corrugated industry or other 2-4 years’ work experience May be required to maintain a current Forklift Operator License Project and time management skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow directions accurately Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask An energetic, motivated, and dependable worker that is dedicated to the job and team The ability to function as a mature, professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team.

As a Shipping Lead you will:

Evaluate incoming orders and setting up of the production line Perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner Maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment Professional and pleasant disposition Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products Regular and predictable attendance with overtime allowance as job requires Keep warehouse organized and clean Attend all plant safety meetings Additional duties as assigned
