Als Fachkraft für Finanzbuchhaltung und Jahresabschluss bist Du bei Schweinert & Peters der Spezialist für das externe Rechnungswesen. Du verantwortest eigenständig die laufende Finanzbuchhaltung und erstellst Jahresabschlüsse für unsere mittelständischen Mandanten und Freiberufler. Die Betreuung der damit verbundenen Steuern rundet Dein Profil ab. Diese Position verbindet Fachwissen mit digitaler Kompetenz.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

Finanzbuchhaltung

  • Eigenständige Führung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Kontierung und Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle nach HGB
  • Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger BWAs
  • Kontenabstimmung und Stammdatenpflege

Jahresabschluss und Reporting

  • Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Einnahmen-Überschuss-Rechnungen
  • Vorbereitung von E-Bilanzen und Steuererklärungen
  • Analyse und Kommentierung der Abschlüsse
  • Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen

Digitale Prozesse

  • Nutzung von DATEV Unternehmen online und digitalen Belegworkflows
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung der Mandanten bei der Digitalisierung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Sicher in HGB, Kontierung, Umsatzsteuer sowie BWA-Erstellung/-Analyse

Das bringst Du mit

  • Gute Kenntnisse in DATEV (Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, Unternehmen online, DMS) und MS Excel
  • Eine strukturierte, präzise und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie eine ausgeprägte Mandantenorientierung
  • Digitale Affinität und Interesse an modernen Prozessen
  • Wünschenswert: Steuerfachwirt/in, Bilanzbuchhalter/in (IHK), FARC oder DATEV-Zertifizierung
