Als Fachkraft für Lohn und Gehalt verantwortest Du bei Schweinert & Peters eigenständig die Entgeltabrechnung für unsere Mandanten. Du verfügst über eine gute Kompetenz im Bereich Lohnsteuer, Sozialversicherung und der damit verbundenen Rechtsgrundlagen und berätst unsere Mandanten – insbesondere mittelständische Unternehmen – kompetent und lösungsorientiert.

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

Operative Exzellenz

  • Eigenständige monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für festen Mandantenstamm
  • Berechnung aller Entgeltbestandteile inkl. Sonderzahlungen, Sachbezüge, Pfändungen
  • Meldungen an Sozialversicherungsträger, Finanzämter und Berufsgenossenschaften
  • Führung der Personalstammdaten und Personalakten
  • Unterstützung Jahresabschlussarbeiten (Teilbereich Lohn) inkl. Jahresmeldungen und Lohnsteuerbescheinigungen

Beratung und Expertise

  • Beratung zu lohnsteuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Unterstützung bei Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsprüfungen
  • Beratung zu besonderen Abrechnungsfällen (Kurzarbeit, bAV, Minijobs)

Mandantenstruktur

  • Keine Baulöhne oder Maler-Hauptgewerbe
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuerrecht (EStG, LStDV, Lohnsteuerrichtlinien, Pauschalierung)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht (SGB IV, Beitragsrecht, Meldewesen)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV Lohn & Gehalt (idealerweise DATEV LODAS, Unternehmen online)
  • Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht (Arbeitsvertragsrecht, Kündigungsschutz)
