Ihre interessanten Aufgaben

  • Sie definieren einheitliche interne Qualitätsstandards und -Vorgaben für die Qualitätssicherungsabteilungen an allen unseren Standorten der Schwer Fittings Gruppe und setzen diese in der Praxis um.
  • Hierbei arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Qualitätsmanagement zusammen und leiten konkrete Maßnahmen in Bezug auf die Qualitätssicherung aus der ISO 9001 ab.
  • Sie harmonisieren bestehende interne Vorgaben in Bezug auf Prüfmethoden, Dokumentationsstandards und Messprozesse der Qualitätssicherungsabteilungen der Schwer Fittings Gruppe.
  • Des Weiteren führen Sie die Digitalisierung der internen Qualitätsprozesse der Schwer Fittings Gruppe weiter, erstellen aussagekräftige Kennzahlen zur Überwachung des Qualitätsniveaus und überwachen diese.
  • Sie unterstützen die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, setzen die daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen im Bereich der Qualitätssicherung um und stellen deren nachhaltige Wirksamkeit sicher.

Ihre idealen Voraussetzungen

  • Technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, Weiterbildung im Bereich Qualitätsprüfung / Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und relevanten Normen, insbesondere ISO 9001
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessgestaltung, der Standardisierung und in der Anwendung gängiger QM-Methoden (z. B. FMEA, Six Sigma)
  • Audit-Erfahrung, analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sowie Reisebereitschaft (ca. 2–3 Tage pro Monat)
