Ihre interessanten Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen einen definierten Kreis internationaler Tochtergesellschaften und sind deren zentraler Ansprechpartner innerhalb des Finanzwesens.
  • Die Analyse von Ergebnis-, Bilanz- und Liquiditätskennzahlen der betreuten Gesellschaften gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. Dabei erkennen Sie Chancen und Risiken frühzeitig und leiten entsprechende Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
  • Durch regelmäßige Besuche unserer Tochtergesellschaften gewinnen Sie Einblicke in finanzielle, organisatorische und operative Entwicklungen und unterstützen deren nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung.
  • Gemeinsam mit den lokalen Verantwortlichen erarbeiten Sie Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der wirtschaftlichen Performance, begleiten deren Umsetzung und verfolgen die Ergebnisse nach.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie Budget-, Forecast- und Planungsprozesse auf Gruppenebene und wirken an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Reporting- und Steuerungsinstrumente mit.
  • Als Sparringspartner der lokalen Finanzverantwortlichen arbeiten Sie eng mit Geschäftsführungen und Finance-Teams zusammen und tragen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer gruppenweiten Finance-Strukturen und Prozesse sowie zu mehr Transparenz und Vergleichbarkeit innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe bei.

Ihre idealen Voraussetzungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Controlling und Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im Controlling, Rechnungswesen, Audit oder Corporate Finance, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie Freude an der Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Zusammenhänge
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Erfahrungen mit ERP-,Reporting-oder Planungssystemen sind von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke und eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Freude an der interkulturellen Zusammenarbeit und Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen internationalen Dienstreisen
